We welcome the month of August with the next week 31 menu full of rich and varied ideas.

For the week of August 1 to 7 we have prepared simple and flavorful recipes that you can easily prepare without having to spend your life in the kitchen.

Our menu, as always, is designed to lead a normal diet but balanced and with recipes of all kinds: meat, fish, legumes, cereals and, above all, vegetables.

This month is characterized by high temperatures, so we continue to give way to the gazpachos, salmorejos, cold creams and vichyssoise.
