Chocolate fondant dessert with orange

Here we go with a homemade dessert to make a little more easy the week: a Chocolate fondant dessert with orange.

It's with orange because I chose one Orange fondant chocolate. There are coco, red fruits, mint... You will only have to change the chocolate bar to have a dessert with a different flavor.

If we want this cream to have a more delicate texture We can let it cool inside the glass. Once it is thick, we stir it again at high speed and, now, we distribute it among the glasses.

Ingredients

• 80 g of sugar
• 100 g of orange fondant chocolate
• 40 g flour
• 500g milk
• 2 eggs

Preparation

1. Put the sugar, the chocolate in pieces and the flour in the glass. We program 20 seconds, speed 7. We lower with the spatula what has remained on the walls of the glass.

2. We add the milk and the eggs. We program 7 minutes, 90º, speed 4.

3. We divide the cream into yogurt cups and put the lids on.

4. We keep in the refrigerator.
