This cottage cheese cake is delicious. It is a decisive dessert that you want to eat at any time, with a cheese flavor that you will like for its texture.
A dough is made in 4 minutes in the glass and spread on a rectangular tray measuring 28x21 cm. The filling is then made in just 1 minute and poured onto the baking base.
Once it is made, it is left to cool so that it sets, it is removed from the mould and we can now enjoy it perfectly. We have several cakes in our recipe book, such as the vineyard cheesecake, quick cheesecake o mascarpone cheesecake.

Ingredients
Cake base
- 600 g of wheat flour
- 2 eggs
- 180 g of sugar
- 150 g plain unsweetened yogurt
- 180 g butter, melted
- 1 pinch of salt
- 1 and 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
- 2 tablespoons of butter to spread on the mold
Cottage cheese filling
- 600 g cottage cheese
- 300 g of sugar
- 1 pinch of salt
- 175 g plain unsweetened yogurt
- 2 eggs
- 2 tablespoons of powder sugar to sprinkle
Preparation
In the glass we add 600 g of wheat flour, 180 g of sugar, a pinch of salt, 180 g of melted butter, 2 eggs and the tablespoon and a half of baking powder. We program 3 minutes at kneading speed.
We add 150 g of natural yogurt and program 1 minute at kneading speed.
Prepare a baking tray that can go in the oven. In this recipe, a rectangular baking tray measuring 28x21 cm has been used. Baking paper has been placed on the base and the edges have been greased with butter.
Spread the dough over the entire base of the tray, lifting the dough at the edges. Set aside and preheat the oven to 180º, with heat from above and below.
We clean the glass and make the filling. We add 600 g of cottage cheese, 300 g of sugar, a pinch of salt, 175 g of natural yogurt and 2 eggs. We program 1 minute at speed 3.
We spread the filling inside the tray that we have set aside with the base extended. We put it in the middle of the oven for 50 minutes.
Once the time has elapsed, you will notice that the centre of the cake is still soft. No problem, we leave it to cool until it sets. When we are ready to serve it, we sprinkle it with icing sugar.
