Homemade jam

Today's recipe is going to be great for you if you have a fig tree or a wonderful friend who has it and who shares its fruits. Let's prepare one delicious fig jam.

I do it with cane sugar but you can replace it with white sugar. I also add a splash of lemon juice.

You will see that the amount of added sugar is not too high. For this reason I prefer to keep the jam in the fridge, thus avoiding the risks that canning can entail.
