We will prepare the fish in a frying pan so that it is fried and sealed with a light flour coating. Once done, we will set it aside and make the sauce in two easy steps.
We will add the vegetables and we will cook them in two parts, since we will add the ingredients little by little. It should be noted that this sauce is made without anchovies, since it has been thought to be made only with vegetables, but they can be added, since this sauce does contain them. In this case we will add 30 g of anchovies in oil slightly drained to the sauce.
