Nougat mousse

Nougat mousse

La Nougat mousse It will allow us to take advantage of the Jijona nougat (the soft one) and also have an easy dessert for New Year's Eve dinner or the Three Kings meal. You can serve it in a glass or also use it as filling for Crepes o lionesses.

It has a series of requirements for it to come out well: eggs at room temperature, cold cream, a dry glass and two hours of subsequent cooling in the fridge. You will see how delicious it is. And to the children they love.

It is also a harvest recipe that you can use to give out the nougat that we have left at Christmas. So you can enjoy its flavor at any time of the year.

you can use twice as many ingredients, would it be wrong? is that I need 12 servings

Hello, could you use double the ingredients? Because I need for twelve or it would look bad and I would have to do it in two batches. Thanks

Yes, Juanjo, put the double, keeping the same times, temperatures and speeds. A hug!

Exceptional flavor. The only thing is that a mazacote came out, very heavy. I think that when I put the 4 sheets of Gelatin it is very thick

    Hello,
When we add the whipped cream, the other mixture has to be cold, or the same?
    Thank you

      Hello Mario:

Supposedly the milk and egg cream will have tempered after mixing the gelatin and nougat. What I would do would be: mix the nougat as indicated in the recipe, I would remove the glass from the machine. I would collect while cooking and after a few minutes I would check that the temperature has dropped to 37 and continue with the recipe. But do not leave it for a long time either, because as the gelatin has it, it can curdle excessively and you will not be able to mix it with the rest.

You'll see how rich she is !!

      Merry Christmas!

If I add whipped cream to decorate, what would be the ideal moment, when storing it in the fridge or at serving time
