Nectarine, Paraguayan and apple jam

jams made with summer fruits They are delicious. They are also always a good solution to take advantage of that fruit that is starting to get too ripe.

I have used Nectarines and Paraguayans. I have put whole cane sugar in it and hence it has that darker color. 

great at toasts, with pastries and, of course, to accompany a rich table of cheese.
