Today we propose a traditional meat stew with a delicious sauce. We will make it in Thermomix, following the steps that I give you below.

Part of the vegetables It is chopped and will be what, without being noticed, forms that delicious sauce. The carrot and the potato will remain whole, along with the meat.

Ingredients

Some flour
600 g of beef for stewing, cut into cubes of about 2 centimetres
70 g onion
70 g leek
15 g of celery
1 garlic clove
20 g oil
10 butter g
100 g of white wine
45 g of passata
170 g carrot (sliced about two centimetres)
Dried aromatic herbs
210 g of broth or water
Sal Island
300 g of potato (2 cm cubes)

Preparation

Flour the meat and set it aside.
We put the onion, leek, celery and garlic in the glass. We program 10 seconds, speed 5. We lower with the spatula what has remained on the walls of the glass.
We add the oil and butter. We program 5 minutes, 120º, speed 1.
We add the floured meat and program 10 minutes, varoma temperature, left turn, speed 1.
We incorporate the wine and, without putting the beaker, we program 5 minutes, varoma temperature, left turn, speed 1.
Add the passata, carrot, herbs, water and salt. Program 30 minutes, 100º, left turn, spoon speed.
Now we add the potatoes and program 15 minutes, 100º, left turn, spoon speed.
We serve immediately.
