Raisin bread

It is already one of my favorite breads. He is a walnut and raisin bread delicious, which can be taken even alone. Of course, with sausage, cheese or jam it is also wonderful.

We will chop the nuts lightly in Thermomix and we will put the raisins in water to hydrate them. Then we will mix the ingredients in the glass and knead what will later be our bread.

I've done two not very large loaves, dividing the dough into two portions. You can make a single larger loaf or form small individual rolls. Of course, if you opt for these formats, keep an eye on the baking times because they will vary. If they are rolls they will need less oven time and if it is a large loaf you will have to increase the minutes of this recipe.
