Avocado dip in 5 minutes

Today we bring you a delicious and easy avocado sauce for dipping that, without a doubt, will brighten up your snacking afternoons. It is prepared in nothing, it is exquisite, it is almost almost addictive and it is super easy to prepare.

The ingredients couldn't be easier: spices, avocado, and Greek yogurt, it's that simple! and, of course, a touch of jalapeños (if you like it spicy).

Ingredients

• 2 ripe avocados
• 1 sachet of seasoning guacamole (old el paso guy)
• 1 unsweetened Greek yogurt
• juice of 1 lime
• 1/4 or 1/2 teaspoon of salt (to your taste)
• 2-4 slices of jalapeño (to your liking)
• 1 handful of fresh coriander leaves

Preparation

1. Put all the ingredients in the Thermomix glass and blend 30 seconds, speed 5.

2. Lower the ingredients to the blades and grind again 30 seconds, speed 5. 

3. We check that there is no piece of jalapeño that is too large (if so, we chop it with a knife) and serve in a bowl.

   Accompany with nachos and enjoy!
