This recipe is designed so that you can serve in individual cups. Its composition is very original, since it is made with several layers of cream combined with biscuit.

Banana and condensed milk dessert
If you like simple and quick desserts, with our Thermomix you can recreate yourself with this spectacular and sweet little glass with banana cream. So that you like its texture and flavor even more, we have added condensed milk and some crunchy biscuit pieces.

Ingredients
- 400 g of cream cheese type Philadelphia
- 350 g of condensed milk
- 1 tablespoon vanilla extract
- 3 small bananas, chopped
- 300 g small round biscuits
- 400 ml cream to assemble
- 100 g of sugar
Preparation
In our Thermomix glass we place the butterfly and add the 400 ml of whipping cream and the 100 g of sugar. We schedule it during 45 seconds at speed 3,5. The whipping time is approximate, since to whip cream we can fall short. For this it is better to program this time and if you need more shake, program a few more seconds. We take the cream out of the glass and set it aside.
In the same glass we add the 3 chopped bananas and program during 15 seconds at speed 3.
We add the 400 g of cream cheese and we program again 10 seconds at speed 2.
We add the 350 g of condensed milk and the tablespoon of vanilla extract. We schedule during 20 seconds at speed 3. If you have a lot of lumps you can program another 10 seconds.
In a large bowl we add the whipped cream and add the cream that we had set aside. We mix it carefully and with enveloping movements so that the cream does not decrease its volume when mixing it with the cream. We can put the cream in the refrigerator for about 2 hours to set.
We prepare the glasses. We cut a few small pieces of cookies and we are laying a layer on the bottom. We add a layer of banana cream, another of diced cookies and finally another of banana cream. We decorate the surface with a whole cookie, a few banana slices and a few cookie crumbs.
