Chocolate Banana Muffins

These muffins are a delight. We love having desserts or sweets that are this good, since they are always appealing at any time of the day and they are a perfect and juicy bite.

It is about banana and chocolate muffins or muffins. It is not very well known what chemical banana has, but it leaves an impeccable sponginess, the same goes for yogurt, another of the ingredients in this recipe.

You just have to add the ingredients in batches to the glass and mix. Then there is the baking and we will have our small biscuits. Delicious!

Ingredients

  • 240 g of wheat flour
  • 200 g of sugar
  • 2 teaspoons of baking powder
  • 1 natural yogurt
  • 2 eggs size L
  • 1/2 cup olive or sunflower oil
  • 1 teaspoon of cinnamon powder
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 100 g chocolate drops
  • 2 ripe bananas

Preparation

  1. We peel the bananas and cut them into several pieces. We add it to the glass and crush it 30 seconds at speed 3,5.

  2. We add 1 yogurt, 1/2 cup of oil, 2 eggs, a teaspoon of vanilla extract and 200 g of sugar. We program 40 seconds at speed 3,5.

  3. We add the 240 g of wheat flour, the teaspoon of cinnamon powder and the two teaspoons of baking powder. We program 30 seconds at speed 3,5.

  4. We heat the oven to 200º with heat up and down. In the glass, we add the 100 g of chocolate chips or drops and program 10 seconds at speed 3.

  5. We prepare the capsules in a tray with cavities to bake them. With the help of a normal spoon or a special ice cream scoop spoon, we take the dough and pour it into the capsules. We fill them, but leaving a fingertip to the edge, since the dough rises when baking.

  6. We put them in the center of the oven, between 12 to 18 minutes. We must observe how they are golden and compact.

  7. We take them out of the oven and serve when they are cold. They are ideal for breakfast or snack.
