In these days of celebrations and family gatherings, a good plate of meatballs It cannot be missing, so today we bring you these delicious beef meatballs and bacon with beer sauce. Juicy, full of flavour, an absolutely addictive sauce... a plate out of 10! In addition, we can freeze them to take them out when it suits us best, in a large tupperware if there are many of us or in individual portions if, for example, we want to save some for when we return to work.

This time we are going to prepare meatballs for some 8 people, so we will do it traditional way with a frying pan and a pot, since our thermomix is ​​a bit short for such high quantities.
