We present these incredible white and black matcha tea truffles. It is, without a doubt, a dessert that you can prepare these holidays to alternate with Christmas sweets, to give a different touch to the sweet moment of these days and, above all, to surprise all your guests. They will not leave anyone indifferent!

We are going to prepare two types: some made from white chocolate and others with dark chocolate. Thus, everyone can choose according to their chocolate preferences.

They are very easy to make and the ingredients are super simple too. The only more special ingredient is matcha tea powder, which today you can find in supermarkets in the infusion area or also in bulk in tea shops. And, of course, you can buy online of course.

The truffles are very delicate in heat, so when we are going to shape them we have to think that the ambient temperature of the kitchen and the heat of our hands will make it increasingly difficult to shape them. So the trick is to divide the dough into two parts, forming one half first and then the other half. And always, quickly storing them in the refrigerator once they are formed.
