Cream cheese
- 300 g of cream cheese type Philadelphia
- 155 g of sugar
- 1 large egg
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
Brownie
- 160 g soft butter
- 170 g of chocolate for coverage
- 300 g of sugar
- 4 large eggs
- 180 g of wheat flour
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 pinch of salt
- 350 g cherry jam
Preparation
We first prepare the cream cheese: in our Thermomix glass we add the 300 g of cream cheese and the 155 g of sugar. We beat during 20 seconds at speed 3,5.
We add the egg and the teaspoon of vanilla extract. We mix again during 20 seconds at speed 3,5. We lift the lid and see if it has been mixed well. If this is not the case, stir a little with the spatula and mix again during 10 seconds at speed 3,5. We take out and separate the mixture in a bowl.
For the brownie: in the same glass of the Thermomix and without cleaning we add the 160 g of soft butter and the 170 g of chocolate for coverage. We mix it and melt it for 2,30 minutes at 90 ° at speed 1,5.
Add the 300 g of sugar, the 4 eggs, the teaspoon of vanilla extract, the teaspoon of salt and the 180 g of wheat flour. We mix it during 1 minute and 20 seconds at speed 3,5.
We prepare a mold that can be easily removed from the mold. In my case, I have chosen a 17 × 17 cm dish and covered it with greaseproof paper. On top we add the brownie mixture and smooth the surface. Cover with the cheese mixture and add globs of the cherry jam.
With a knife we make a zig-zag on the surface so that its ingredients are mixed a little. We put it in the oven at 180 ° for about 1 hour. We will know that it is done when we put something sharp and on its edges it comes out clean. If we observe that the surface is browning too much, we can cover it with a little aluminum foil until it is finished baking.
We unmold the brownie from our source once cold and we proceed to cut it into portions. We can decorate it with more cherry jam.
