What a delicious recipe! It is a recipe inspired by Asturian food and designed so that you can have these vacation days in your bedroom if many of you get together to eat as a daily meal: scaloppines with cabrales.

The original Asturian recipe is obviously made with Asturian beef, in this case, we are going to make it with pork fillets because they are more affordable and because they are easier to find. We provide you with this recipe so that it can be used wherever you are in Spain or the world where you are on Christmas holidays. Furthermore, we have thought of it as an easy recipe, so we will propose an economically affordable and easily findable option: extra tender pork loins, the kind that already come in packaged trays. You will find them in any butcher shop in any supermarket.

La salsa It's something super simple: cream, goat cheese and a splash of cider. If you don't have cider, you can do without it and only use cream and Cabrales cheese.

You can accompany it with French fries (which are spectacular with the Cabrales sauce), cooked potato or salad. Grilled vegetables are also great. And some ideal bell peppers! Well, and piquillo too! Anyway, accompany it with what you like the most.
