Condensed milk yogurt with cocoa syrup

Preparation

1. We start by preparing the yogurt. We have several options: use a yogurt maker, use the fermentation mode if we have the TM6 or use any Thermomix model and then cover the glass with cloth-blankets to keep it warm.

2. If we use a yogurt maker, we put the yogurt, condensed milk and milk in the Thermomix glass. We schedule 6 minutes, 37º, speed 3. Pour the mixture into small glasses and put them in the yogurt maker, uncovered. We will have them about 8 hours. Once that time has passed, we cover the jars and put them in the refrigerator. After about 5 hours they will be ready.

3. If we have the TM6, we put the milk, the yogurt and the condensed milk in the glass. We mix by programming 30 seconds, speed 4. We program heat, 37º, speed 2. Pour the mixture into yogurt jars and place the jars in the varoma container.

   Cover the jars with their lids. We rinse the glass glass and put there 250 g of water and a splash of lemon juice. We put the varoma in its position, with its lid. we program ferment, 10h, 70º. Remove the jars and put them in the fridge. We'll keep them there for at least four hours.

4. If we have other Thermomix models, we can put the yogurt, condensed milk and milk in the glass. we program 6 minutes, 37º, speed 3. Put the whole mixture in a bowl and cover with film. We can also put it in an airtight container. We wrap that container in a blanket or thick cloth to keep it warm. We put our wrapped bowl in a warm place. We distribute it with glasses and keep them later in the refrigerator. After a few hours they will be ready.

5. Now we prepare the syrup. In the clean glass we put the water, sugar and a pinch of salt. We place the basket on the lid (without putting the cup). we program 7 minutes, varoma temperature, speed 7. Add the cocoa, put the beaker in its position and program 3 seconds, speed 5. Then we remove the beaker, put the basket on the lid and program 3 minutes, varoma temperature, speed 2.

6. We put the syrup in a jar and reserve it until our yogurt is ready.

   Once the yogurt is ready, we serve it with the cocoa syrup. I have put half a tablespoon of syrup in a yogurt, I have mixed it a little and then I have been forming layers alternating a few tablespoons of yogurt and syrup.
