Couscous with seafood

Seafood in Thermomix

To make this recipe from couscous with seafood We have used a container of frozen seafood. It had shrimp, mussels, clams… a little bit of everything.

The seafood goes steamed, in the Varoma. And we will use part of the liquid from that steam cooking to hydrate the couscous.

Also in the glass we will prepare the ketchup, with passata, garlic and some anchovies. We will later add the cooked seafood to that sauce.

I leave you all the steps to follow. You will see that it is a very simple recipe in which we will get the most out of our food processor.
