Creamy Chocolate Banana Express Dessert

I love these desserts because they take 5 minutes to make and they are completely delicious. Today we enjoy this creamy banana and chocolate dessert. It is the perfect combination of lemon and condensed milk that makes it fresh, sweet but perfectly balanced.

It is also a cheap dessert because we are going to prepare it with ingredients that we always have at home: banana, natural yogurt, lemon and condensed milk. And then we decorate it with noodles or chocolate chips. Spectacular! I guarantee it.

This is a dessert that I make a lot when I have "surprise" guests at home and have little time to cook. It is also a perfect option to spend bananas that we already have too ripe.

Ingredients

• 4 natural yogurts without sugar
• The juice of 3 small or 2 medium lemons
• 2 ripe bananas
• 350 g of condensed milk

Preparation

1. We put all the ingredients in the glass and mix 30 seconds, speed 5.

2. We put the cream in a container with a lid and put it in the fridge for at least 2 hours to rest. We can leave it done the day before or that morning for lunch or dinner. Then we serve it in individual containers and decorate with the chocolate chips.
