And that is what we are going to do today, use them for our carpaccio.

Delicious super crunchy and spicy chickpeas that we will prepare in just 15 minutes in the air fryer. Ideal as a snack or topping.
For this dish I like to use the variety of cucumber Dutch, but the traditional cucumber works just as well.
As a base we will put a capita of Greek yogurt which will give a creaminess and strength to the dish.
And finally, decorate it with your favorite spices and herbs. Here I recommend a mix of spices (they sell great jars with sesame, dried tomato, flaked salt, pepper, oregano...) and for aromatic herbs I would, without a doubt, add mint or spearmint and also dill or coriander.
