Cups of light cream cheese with apple compote

Cups of light cream cheese with apple compote

This dessert is quick to make and has a perfect finish with its applesauce and its cheese flavor. What we like most about this sweet is that it is low in calories.

With our Thermomix we have made an apple compote, so that the base of that dessert is sweet and healthy. You will love the combination that it brings with its touch of cinnamon.

Then we have made a combination of low-fat yogurt and low-fat cheese to formalize this glass, which will undoubtedly be one of the sweets that you will repeat again. It only has 160 Kcal per serving, Do you want to try it?

    Alice good afternoon
I liked this dessert a lot, just like the last recipe you published in which I also told you something
Now I want to ask you where you can find sucralose because I used to buy it at Carrefour but they have removed it and at the herbalist it is much more expensive
6 also what spreadable cheese do you use? Because they usually add cream and sugar to everyone, even if they say that it is light, thanks and greetings

Hi how are you?! It does not matter if you specifically use sucralose, any sweetener can be fine, both liquid and powdered. But you have to be careful when adding it because it sweetens too much, so add it little by little, if it is liquid by droplets. And regarding the cheese, I have chosen a spreadable Philadelphia type but in light format, which has half the calories, 100 Kcal per 100 g. Everything together is done so that in the end it provides as little fat as possible and does not add calories. But you can make this dessert perfectly with normal cheese and with sugar, that will depend on the person. A kiss.
