Harvest cream (vegetable cream)

It is a delicious vegetable cream, which is called de "exploitation" because we can make it with the vegetables that we have in the refrigerator to give them out and that they do not spoil. I have made it with pumpkin, carrots, potatoes, green beans and leek.

I like to add some cheeses at the end because it is richer and very smooth, but it is not necessary to add them or we can add light cheeses and that is how it will be a perfect diet cream.

My daughters like it very much, they eat it with croutons and they say it's his favorite mash.

I make it with 250 g of pumpkin, 250 g of carrots, 350 g of potatoes and 150 g of green beans but you already know that you can play with the quantities and also with the vegetables.

If you have to put the butterfly and turn to the left, when you put it on the blades you have to move it a little to the left. That way it doesn't come off.
