Forest fruit smoothie

easy recipe thermomix forest fruit smoothie

This summer I have prepared different recipes with red berries. If I confess the cause of my interest in consuming red fruits, I must tell you that the doctor advised me to consume them, due to a small urine infection that I had and he told me that red fruits help improve PH. The truth is that it went quite well for me and to this day I have not suffered from those kinds of problems.

As I already mentioned in some other recipe, I found some frozen bags of red berries and this time I prepared it in smoothie. It comes out very rich and is a very natural way to consume fruit. My daughters loved it as a snack for good weather, that many times what you want the most is to hydrate yourself instead of eating nothing.

This shake can be taken by those people lactose intolerant, You can simply swap out the milk and yogurt for soybeans. It is also a recipe suitable for celiacs, intolerant to egg protein and even diabetics, changing sugar for a sweetener.

It is a very simple recipe, but it is very good and with how comfortable these frozen bags are, there is no one to resist. Animate and you will tell me.

Hi Silvia, the smoothie looks great. This summer I made the berry sorbet! Total success! I went to the "Aldi" (which is the only place where I can find them in my town) and I prepared it for dessert. The problem was the seeds, now I have the doubt if they are also in the shake, because then they stay between the teeth and molars ... and the truth is they are quite annoying. Is there a way to crush, eliminate, reduce the annoying little seeds?
I say it above all for the children, from the outset I already tell you that for me at least I am going to try it.
    All the best

What I would do in the first step is to crush 45 sec or 1 min speed 5-10, and thus the seeds would be pulverized. Let's see what our expert thinks!

Jessie, from what I see here, the expert was you. I love it, very good idea !! Perhaps if we crush the sugar and red fruits first for a minute at a progressive speed of 5-10, we will achieve that these seeds are much less noticeable. although if I tell you the truth, I have already gotten used to them and they don't bother me much. But this way there will be ten. Thanks to both of you.
        A kiss

I just discovered this page and I loved it, so I introduce myself; I am marga, I have had the machine for many years, but the truth is that I removed the recipes from the books that I have, I had not worried about knowing how to cook more with it. I would like to be part of this group.
    Thanks and a hug.

I always enter this page and I love it, congratulations. My question is, if I do it with sweetener, how much exo and skimmed lexe, it will also come out good, right, thanksss

    1.    Silvia said

As in the recipe we have put 150 g of powdered sweetener sugar, that would be 15 g and there is no problem for making it with skimmed milk or even soy or "lactose free" so that all types of people with intolerances can take it.

      All the best
