These fried sneakers They are dedicated to those with a sweet tooth. They are sweets made with baker's yeast and filled with chocolate. You'll see, especially freshly made, they are a spectacle.

I have called them that, sneakers, because, due to their shape, they remind me of the traditional ones. cream sneakers. Unlike the latter, ours are fried and coated in sugar.

As a filler I have put a Ounce of chocolate in each bun. You can not put anything in them and fill them when they are cold.

Ingredients

  • 290 g of water
  • 10 g fresh baker's yeast
  • A pinch of sugar
  • 500 g flour
  • 1 teaspoon of salt
  • 16 ounces chocolate
  • Plentiful oil for frying
  • Sugar for the batter

Preparation

  1. We put the water, yeast, sugar and flour in the glass. We program 2 minutes, spike speed.

  2. We add the salt and program 1 minute, spike speed.

  3. We compact the dough into a ball and put it in a large bowl. We cover with film and let it rise for approximately 2 hours.

  4. After that time we take the dough out of the bowl. We knead it lightly and divide it into about 16 portions. We form a ball with each portion.

  5. We spread each ball and put an ounce of chocolate in the center.

  6. We close those discs well, forming bread balls. We are placing them on baking paper. We cover them with film lightly greased with oil to prevent the film from adhering to the dough later. We let them rise for about 40 minutes.

  7. We put plenty of oil in a frying pan. When it is very hot, fry the breads, turning them so that they are golden brown.

  8. We take them out and put them on absorbent paper to remove excess fat.
