These frozen yogurt and fruit bars will become your favorite snack or dessert. They are very easy to make, you can customize them to your liking and also they only have 45 kcal.

They are so easy to make that you can use them to cook with children and that they choose their favorite fruit. They will only have to grind and have a little patience until they freeze.

Another of the good things about these bars is that you can customize them to your liking, not only using your favorite fruit, but also choosing a yogurt suitable for your diet, whether vegan, lactose-free or flavored.

I have opted for a natural Greek yogurt that is very creamy and that it does not have artificial colors or aromas. Adding the fruit already takes a lot of color and flavor.

You already know that the flavors do not have the same intensity at room temperature as when frozen, so I have chosen to add a little sweetener. In this case I have used agave syrup but you can use the one you usually consume.

To make these bars it is best to use a silicone mold of bars or, as in my case, of financiers. I think they have the perfect size and it is very comfortable to use and to unmold.

If you don't have a mold, don't worry. Use a tray that fits in the freezer and line it with parchment paper. Spread the cream on top and smooth the surface well so that you have the same thickness.

At the time of consumption you will only have to chop it. you will stay uneven chunks but just as rich and fun.

Putting the fruit on top is not mandatory. If you think your kids won't like it find pieces, all you have to do is mash all the fruit with the yogurt and that way you save a step.

I can think of hundreds of delicious combinations like the ones I have suggested before. Not only pineapple, banana, blackberries also raspberries, cherries, pitaya, passion fruit, coconut, papaya, etc.

If you are not going to consume them in a week, it is best that, once frozen, you wrap them in transparent film. So you they will last longer without taking on strange flavors.

In any case, be sure to consume them before the 3 months to make the most of your texture and flavor.
