Ingredients

Abundant oil for frying
About 500 g of hake fillets, cut into pieces
Half teaspoon of salt
Freshly ground black pepper
300 g of flour and a little more for a previous coating
10 g baking powder
415 g of cold beer

Preparation

Season the fish with salt and pepper and coat it with a little flour. We reserve it.
We place the butterfly in its position. We put the flour and yeast in the glass. We mix by programming 10 seconds, speed 2.
We add the beer and mix by programming 2 minutes, speed 3.
We remove the butterfly and put our dough in a bowl.
We take a portion of fish and put it in the dough, take it out and put it in the pan, in the hot oil. We do the same with all the fish portions, turning them when necessary so that they are golden on both sides.
When they are fried, we take them out of the oil and put them on a plate with absorbent paper to remove excess fat.
We place them on a baking tray covered with baking paper and keep them warm in the oven (at 160º) until serving time.
