How to make fruit jars using varoma

Cooking fruit in varoma

With apple, banana and peach we are going to prepare a delicious fruit jar using the varoma. In this Varoma container we will steam the fruit and then crush it in the glass.

We will add the yogurt later, once the fruit puree has cooled.

We will not add sugar because it is not necessary. And the yogurt is optional. If you prepare it for a baby, use the fruit that interests you and do not add the yogurt. It is kept in the refrigerator and is best consumed the same day it is prepared (when it is cold) or, at most, the next day.
