Imperial Strawberry Chocolate Tart

This cake is imperative for its shape, flavor and color. It is a vintage dessert made in a classic way that you can make easily with your Thermomix and with a few simple steps.

Look at its structure as it has a spongy and juicy sponge cake thanks to its sweet water syrup and rum. Its filling has a simple shape made with vanilla-flavored cream that we will make in less than two minutes.

Its decoration is very simple, you just have to divide the cake, fill and cover with a lot of cream. Then we will decorate with many small strawberries that will give that great color and flavor. In order to fill in some gaps, some mint leaves have been added. Go ahead and try it!
