The curious thing about today's recipe is the cooking the lentils. It is an ideal method for this type of dishes in which we are interested in legumes without liquid. And it is that they are cooked in the basket, inside the glass. The result is a "loose" legume, at its point and not caked at all.
Then you can accompany them with whatever you want. I have put a little cooked rice that I had left over from another preparation, a little corn, natural tomato and a few pieces of cooked ham. But, as you could imagine, you can customize the recipe as you wish.
Use brown lentils which are smaller. And if you see that 30 minutes are not enough, you can program 5 or 10 more minutes to make them the way you like them. Of course, do not think that they are very, very soft because what is sought in this recipe is the whole lentil, cooked but chewed.
