They are our humble adaptation of the recipe of lentils with carabineros from the chef Dabiz Muñoz, who during the confinement began to publish recipes on his Instagram channel and I love them !! Because they are recipes that you can make at home, but that have that super special and original touch that he gives to the dishes.
We have simply changed the police for Prawns, so that the recipe was cheaper. But of course, you can use prawns that the flavor will be unmatched, or prawns for example. So here we present you: stewed lentils with prawns, curry, lemon and mint (Dabiz Muñoz style).
It is a simple dish, although it is true that it has some intermediate steps which are the ones that give it that original and extremely tasty point that will differentiate these stewed lentils from the traditional stewed lentils. On the one hand we will lightly fry the heads of the shrimp / prawns and, on the other hand, we will also toast the spices previously.
