Light chickpea stew

A reader, Cristina, has asked us to publish some legume recipe, taking advantage of the fact that these days it is very cold. In addition, I thought that you would like to have a slightly light recipe, since it was a little while since we had the Easter holidays and we are already on our way to summer. So Cristina, from here I thank you for following us daily and for that I would like to dedicate this recipe to you.

It is a stew that contains very few things, but it is very tasty, and it is perfect to leave it prepared in advance, freeze it or take it with us in the tupperware. At home we liked it a lot, you will tell me if we were right or not!

    Hi ! The recipe looks very good, but I have a problem, I am allergic to lactose, milk protein and eggs, and they usually contain some component of these. how can i replace it? Thank you so much. Kisses

      Hello Mercedes, in my case this recipe does not have any milk protein. Sometimes homemade avecrem carries traces of other substances, so to avoid this, I recommend that you make it homemade.     If I want to make this recipe with uncooked chickpeas, how do I have to do it? Thanks.

      Hello Damaris, you would have to cook them soaked in water beforehand the day before. You can cook them in an express pot for about 25 minutes or in the thermomix for about 45 minutes. You will tell us! A kiss and thanks for writing us.
