Today we bring you an absolute delight: manchego cheese flan. We will prepare a creamy flan that melts in the mouth and an unmistakable flavor of eggs and Manchego cheese. A perfect dessert, easy to prepare and that will put the finishing touch to any meal.

In this case we are going to prepare a single large flan in a plum cake mold. But you can choose a large flan mold or individual mini molds. AND the size of the mold will depend on the minutes of cooking:

  • if we use a large mold we will put more minutes: approximately 45 minutes.
  • if we use individual molds less minutes: 13 minutes.

In this case we have cooked it in the oven in a bain-marie, but you can also prepare it in the varoma. The time will be the same because it will depend on the size of the mold. I love the flavor that the oven gives it because it tastes more like toast. But in the Varoma it is super juicy and it is cheaper. So you can choose the option that you like best.
