Ingredients
Cake filling
- 360 g of wheat flour
- 200 g of sugar
- 1 sachet of baking powder
- 300 ml of milk
- 1 teaspoon of vanilla
- 2 eggs L
- 100 g butter, melted
apple mix
- 2 small apples
- 1 teaspoon of cinnamon
- 45 g of sugar
cinnamon mix
- 150 g brown sugar
- 2 teaspoons cinnamon
- 120 g butter, melted
Glazed
- 200 g icing sugar
- 40 ml of milk
Preparation
We prepare the apple mixture. Peel and cut the apples into cubes and place them in a bowl. We add 45 g of sugar and the teaspoon of cinnamon. We mix well and set aside in the refrigerator.
We prepare the cinnamon mixture. In a small bowl, place 120 g of melted butter, 150 g of brown sugar and 2 teaspoons of cinnamon powder. We mix well and set aside.
We make the cake. In the glass we add the 200 g of sugar and pulverize it. We program 10 seconds at speed 8,5.
We add the 360 g of wheat flour and the envelope of yeast. We mix 10 seconds at speed 3,5.1
Add the 2 eggs, 110 g of melted butter, the teaspoon of vanilla extract and 300 ml of milk. We mix gently, programming 2 minutes at speed 2,5.
We heat the oven to 180º with heat up and down. We prepare a. round mold, between 22 to 25 centimeters in diameter. We take a piece of baking paper, wet it and drain them well. We place it in the mode and add the prepared dough.
