Fish stew: Moqueca

La moqueca or muqueca is of Brazilian origin. Last week, on our YouTube channel, a friend suggested that we prepare a fish stew and this one seemed perfect to me.

It has hake, prawns, pepper, onion, coconut milk ... the result is a kind of chowder with an exceptional flavor.

La hake it can be substituted for any other white fish. And do not hesitate to use the coconut milk as an ingredient in this preparation. It will surprise you and for the better.
