The truth is that I didn't know them and they surprised me a lot, because of how simple they are to make and, above all, because of how delicious they are. I have to admit... they are a little addictive, huh? You won't be able to take just one, or even two...

Although this typical Zamora sweet is usually eaten more at Easter, I couldn't resist posting it now. They have been quite a discovery! They are a bit hard-textured pasta, but they are not dry at all, and they are flavored with aniseed, which gives them just that tasty touch… and how they smell while you are baking them!
