    I'm new to thermomix and I see that the vast majority of recipes use a lot of oil. I like to eat everything with the minimum of fried oil, I do everything on the grill. I bought the Thermo and I was surprised by so much fried oil. Can I make this recipe with half or even a quarter of the oil that you indicate? And could you avoid that insane stock cube?

      Hi, Tony. I always use half the oil and substitute a small teaspoon of salt for the bouillon cube. The flavors are better appreciated and it is also great.
