Today we come with a fresh, simple and very useful dish for these summer dinners: pickled mussels and hard-boiled egg dip. It is as simple as its name suggests... we will mix a delicious can of pickled mussels, a hard-boiled egg and cream cheese. We will have a paste that can be spreadable or, better yet, to dip with tortilla chips, pico de tan, French fries, toasted bread, Doritos... to your liking!

In addition, you can leave it prepared in advance. In appearance, we have to say that it is not the prettiest dish, so if you put some mussels from the can and a little bit of the broth on top, it will be more attractive!
