The rice that you see in the photo will be ready in a few 40 minutes. It has canned mackerel -which can be substituted for tuna-, bell pepper and a good bunch of green beans.
We are not going to butter it with cheese nor with butter for what it will be lighter than traditional risottos. Still, it is honeyed and loaded with flavor.
The broth I have used is Made of veggies but you can even put fish broth. In video, and also in the text that I leave below, you will find the ingredients and the steps to follow.
