We are going to elaborate a potato and chickpea cream valid for any occasion. We can prepare it for a dinner or normal lunch and also as a starter for a day of celebration. If you want to serve it as a starter, use small bowls, like the ones in the photo. You will have eight or ten servings.
We have made a video with all the steps of the recipe. In it we also show you a very simple trick to serve the cream and avoid unpleasant droplets on the edges of bowls or plates. Do not miss it.
On the cream we have put some prawns cooked in the varoma and a few pieces of crackers. You can substitute them for toasted bread or even fried bread.
