As you can imagine, this recipe is simple but full of flavor. It is based on a potato-based preparation mixed with garlic prawns that gives it amazing taste.

The recipe has the simplicity of traditional home recipes. The original recipe is made with bacon and chorizo but this time I wanted to give him a different point to transport us to the sea.

To prepare this recipe we will first cook the Shrimp Scampi and then the potatoes with their paprika and homemade vegetable broth that will give it more flavor. In the end we just have to mix the two preparations and we will have the recipe ready.
