Scrambled potatoes with octopus

Do you like revolconas potatoes? Without a doubt it is one of the most classic and typical Spanish recipes and it is that… they are delicious! What do you think if we add more Spanish gastronomy with a Galician octopus? A spectacular combination, I tell you. Delicious !!

It is a recipe that is prepared super easy and, my advice is that you do not skimp on oil or paprika, that will give it a delicious taste.

Potatoes scrambled with Galician octopus, a delight!

Scrambled potatoes with octopus

Ingredients

  • 150 g olive oil
  • 600 g potatoes
  • 2 3 dientes de ajo-
  • 1 level tablespoon of sweet paprika (and a little spicy if you like it too)
  • 1 teaspoon of salt
  • 500 g of water
  • 300 g of cooked octopus
  • flake salt

Preparation

  1. We put the potatoes, water and salt in the glass. We close the glass. We place the varoma on top with the octopus and program 20 minutes, temperature 100, left turn, spoon speed.

    We strain the potatoes through the basket and reserve. We chop the octopus and reserve it too.

  2. We put the oil and garlic in the glass and chop 2 seconds, speed 7. 

    We lower the remains of the lid and walls and program 3 minutes, temperature 120º, spoon speed. Add the paprika and program 45 seconds, temperature 120º, spoon speed.

  3. We place the butterfly and add the potatoes to the glass. We program 15 seconds, speed 2.

  4. We serve on plates, trays or casseroles and place the octopus slices on top. Serve with a drizzle of oil, flaked salt and sweet paprika.
