For the cut to be as professional as possible, it is best that you use a square base tetrabrik milk or juice. They are the ones that best match the size of the cookies or wafers with which they usually serve.

Of course, you will have to do crafts so that the tetrabrik fits as closely as possible. The first thing you have to do is cut one of the sides.

You do not have to remove the nozzle from the tetrabrik but you will have to remove a kind of inner washer and try to close that hole.

After wash it well, especially if it is made of juice so that the ice cream does not take on a strange flavor.

Finally, you just have to put a piece of baking paper that covers the entire base of the new mold well. So it will be a lot easier to remove from the mold to a table to be able to make the cuts as similar as possible.
