Today we come with a spectacular recipe: salmon tagine. Do you know what tajin is? It is a typical Moroccan dish, which you can also see written as tajine o tajin and it gets its name because it is cooked inside this conical clay container that you see in the photo, which is precisely called Tajin. Therefore, we can put any ingredients inside and thus we will have a tagine of, for example, chicken, lamb, salmon, cod... Being made of clay, it maintains and transmits heat very well. In addition, this conical shape causes the water droplets to condense and go back down again, thus making the dishes very juicy and never dry out.

Tagines can be bought today in many places: from specialized Arab product stores to Amazon, as you can imagine. They are not expensive and, in addition to being practical for cooking countless dishes, they are very decorative in any living room or kitchen. They are beautiful!

If, on this occasion, you don't have tajin, nothing happens. You can use a thick frying pan or a pot with a lid (the latter is important) that has a thick bottom.
