Locked sirloin with ham and apple

Have you seen what easy ands make a ham and apple loin sirloin? You just have to stir it or fill it, brown it and put it in the varoma, Thermomix takes care of the rest.

Best of all, this recipe looks great with different sauces and garnishes. Although we have preferred to do it with the Apple sauce and Steamed potatoes that we have already taught you.

To make this recipe you don't need to have a meat roaster. If you have it, use it. And if you do not have it, you can make some cuts lengthwise, that are not too deep so as not to chop the piece, and fill with the ham and apple. In this case, I do advise you to tie or bridle the piece well so that it does not lose its shape.

You can also fill it with other ingredients such as roasted red pepper, olives, plums, pear, French omelette ... Although this mixture of ham and apple works very well because the flavor is very balanced between salty and sweet.
