One way for children who are more reluctant to eat vegetables to consume them without complaining is to put them in pasta dishes. As an example, these spirals with green beans and homemade pesto.

We will cook the green beans in the saucepan where we will make the pasta. We will boil them for a few minutes before adding the spirals so that they are not too hard.

El we will make pesto in the glass, with peanuts and basil. Once again I resort to my trick to reduce calories: I replace part of the olive oil with pasta cooking water.
