We are in the middle of the season and I did not want to let it pass without preparing a delicious sponge cake with plums.

Mine are claudias but you can use another variety. We are going to place them in halves, of course, without bones, but without complicating ourselves too much. Then we will put on the surface some nuts in small pieces, a little sugar… and baked.

When carrying fruit, this sweet must be preserved in the fridge. You will see, cold is even richer than at room temperature.
