Strawberry tiramisu

This strawberry tiramisu is one of our favorite desserts. So when strawberry season comes around, I jump into making them because they are really delicious.

There are many versions and they all tend to like a lot, in fact it is the favorite dessert of my husband and my brothers-in-law and there is no family celebration in which it is missing.

I still remember the first time I did it. I had prepared it in the afternoon and after dinner I asked my husband if he wanted to try it. He had eaten enough and said, "Phew, I'm very full, I'll save it for tomorrow, but I'm going to try a teaspoon." Ate the whole glass and that they are great. 😉

My glasses are wide and I got 6, but it is better to do it in a little narrower because full enough and mine were hard to finish. I think that divided into 8 glasses it will be better.

It can also be made as a cake using a hoop or release mold.

    Hello girls, I love your blog and I make a lot of the recipes that you publish. My little question on Saturday we are going to celebrate my anniversary and a friend's birthday together in a farm and I would love to make the strawberry tiramisu the problem is that we do not have a refrigerator and if I take it home-made when I take it out of the fridge and spend so much time outside as well it spoils I will leave the house at 9 in the morning and I wanted to take it for dessert, we will eat at 4, would something happen if I freeze it ???? Would it be very bad after being so many hours out of the fridge without cold ???? helpaaaaaaaaaaa a kiss pretty, keep it up

      Hello Nuria, yes you can do without liquor but the truth is that it gives it a very good touch. It is a small amount (two tablespoons) but they give it a very good flavor. All the best.
