Strawberry tiramisu

This strawberry tiramisu is one of our favorite desserts. So when strawberry season comes around, I jump into making them because they are really delicious.

There are many versions and they all tend to like a lot, in fact it is the favorite dessert of my husband and my brothers-in-law and there is no family celebration in which it is missing.

I still remember the first time I did it. I had prepared it in the afternoon and after dinner I asked my husband if he wanted to try it. He had eaten enough and said, "Phew, I'm very full, I'll save it for tomorrow, but I'm going to try a teaspoon." Ate the whole glass and that they are great. 😉

My glasses are wide and I got 6, but it is better to do it in a little narrower because full enough and mine were hard to finish. I think that divided into 8 glasses it will be better.

It can also be made as a cake using a hoop or release mold.

Hello girls, I love your blog and I make a lot of the recipes that you publish. My little question on Saturday we are going to celebrate my anniversary and a friend's birthday together in a farm and I would love to make the strawberry tiramisu the problem is that we do not have a refrigerator and if I take it home-made when I take it out of the fridge and spend so much time outside as well it spoils I will leave the house at 9 in the morning and I wanted to take it for dessert, we will eat at 4, would something happen if I freeze it ???? Would it be very bad after being so many hours out of the fridge without cold ???? helpaaaaaaaaaaa a kiss pretty, keep it up

    1.    Elena said

Hello Maria, first of all, Happy Anniversary! and have a great time. As for dessert, it has to be in the fridge. I think he would be away too long and also has an egg. I would not risk it. All the best.

This falls for Palm Sunday, but can the cherry liqueur be suppressed or exchanged for something else?
Thanks for each of the recipes.

    1.    Elena said

Hello Mari Carmen, the cherry liqueur gives it a great flavor, but you can substitute it for another that you like more. I have only tried the one with cherries and we love it. Greetings and thank you very much for seeing us.

Hello, this recipe is very good, but I would like to know if someone has made strawberry yogurts now that it is season.
    Thank you

    1.    Elena said

Hello Marga, I make natural yogurt and I accompany it with homemade strawberry jam. I have not made the yogurt with natural fruit. Greetings and I'm sorry I can't help you.

      1.    Marieta said

Hello Marga, with the permission of Silvia and Elena, tell you that Natalia from Varoma kitchen, has posted some homemade yogurts and among them there is strawberry.

        1.    Elena said

Hello Marieta, I don't know if this is what Marga is looking for. Natalia has the recipe like us, it is natural yogurt with different accompaniments of jam, cereals or chopped fruit. I think Marga is referring to making strawberry flavored yogurt, made with natural strawberries.

          1.    loam said

hello, if what I want to do is with natural fruit

          2.    Elena said

Hello Marga, I do not have any recipe like that, as I have already mentioned, it is natural yogurt that we accompany with natural fruit. All the best.

    Hello girls !!
I wanted to congratulate you on the blog, it is wonderful, I thank you very much for the effort you make by putting all these great recipes and making life easier for the rest of us. Since I became independent I have the Thermomix (I already had one at my parents' house) and I have always used it, but usually for the same things, I don't like the recipe book they gave me and I didn't do more things because the truth is that I did not know how, but since I found your blog I have not stopped, my Thermomix fumes! I have tried a lot of recipes (cakes, bread, jams, cake, cake, vegetables, squid ...), my family and friends are starting to get fat, hehehe
I do not roll over, in summary: THANK YOU VERY MUCH !!!
    A kiss

    1.    Elena said

Hello Nuria, yes you can do without liquor but the truth is that it gives it a very good touch. It is a small amount (two tablespoons) but they give it a very good flavor. All the best.

Hello Elena; I have been following your recipes for a few months and I really like your blog. I have loved this recipe and I imagine that tiramisu will be very good. Today I discovered that here in Valencia we also have some very sweet strawberries, from the area. I'm going to try to see how it works out. If you want to go through my blogs are also tmx and family recipes and day to day. I have created them for a month. I appreciate the effort that it implies but at the same time it is very exciting. Greetings from Valencia

Hi, I wanted to make this recipe yours too, but I'm afraid of eggs, doesn't this tiramisu taste like eggs? If not, we will try it to see, to me it is that I take it badly with the eggs, but if you say that it does not know, I try it, I trust you since I make almost all your recipes, a kiss and thank you once more

    1.    Elena said

Hi Mary, it doesn't taste like an egg, really. Try and tell me. Cheer up! Kisses.

It looks so good. I'm going to jump into it because it would be the second thing I do with the themomix. I made the red wine cake and it was a success. I would also like to make the carbonara sauce for pasta, do you have a recipe? I'm also going to launch this weekend with the Bolognese sauce. Thank you and kisses.

I would like you to solve a question that I have, and that is that when the eggs are incorporated with the sugar, 6 minutes at 3 1/2 speed with the butterfly on the blades, I do not know if it is without temperature or we maintain the temperature 100 that we had when we made the syrup with the strawberries and the liquor.
If not, the eggs are raw, right?
THANK YOU VERY MUCH for your dedication and to keep it up.

    1.    Elena said

Hello M. Luisa, it is without temperature. The eggs are raw. I hope you like it. All the best.

When I saw the recipe I couldn't resist and although we are a pokitin on a diet due to the bikini operation, I decided to buy all the ingredients but… I couldn't find mascarpone cheese and I bought quark cheese, can I add quark cheese? help tomorrow I want to make the tiramisu, a kiss and thank you.

    1.    Elena said

Hi Note, I have not tried it with quark cheese but it seems like a good idea. Another option is Philadelphia cheese. Kisses.

I went to the supermarket for strawberries and it turns out that they are already over.
I have bought cherries and the glasses are already chilling in the fridge.
Tomorrow I will taste the tiramisu.
It sure does not disappoint me.

    1.    Paloma said

      Hello again
I have not tried the strawberry tiramisu but the cherry one is to take your hat off.
I have become totally addicted, it is delicious, delicious!
I recommend that you do the test, change strawberries for cherries
And I have also traded in the white sugar for the same amount of brown sugar.

      1.    Irene Thermorecetas said

Incredible Paloma! Thank you very much for the idea ... I'm going to try it for sure.

  21.   Anna Sauleda said

Hello, I have bought all the ingredients to make the strawberry tiramisu, but I cannot find the cherry liqueur here in Celaya (Mexico), you who are experts, what do you recommend to replace it? .

A kiss and thank you very much

    1.    Irene Arcas said

Hello Anna, you can either replace it with some sweet liquor that is smooth that you have in Mexico or you can suppress it directly. It will look great, you'll see!
