Ingredients

  • 110 g of peeled seeds (80 g + 30 g)
  • 80 g of sugar
  • A small piece of lemon peel
  • 150 g flour
  • 50 g butter at room temperature
  • 1 egg
  • 1 teaspoon yeast

Preparation

  1. Line two baking trays with greaseproof paper.

  2. We put 80 g of sunflower seeds, the sugar and the piece of lemon peel in the glass. We program 10 seconds, speed 10. We lower with the spatula what has remained on the walls of the glass.

  3. We add the flour, butter, egg and yeast. We program 1 minute, spike speed.

  4. We add the other 30 g of seeds and program 30 seconds, spike speed.
    We put the dough in a bowl.

  5. Take walnut-sized portions of dough and form them into balls. Divide them between the two trays. Flatten the balls with your hands or the back of a spoon.

  6. Bake at 180º (preheated oven) for approximately 15 minutes.

  7. We let them cool before placing them on a plate.
