Thermomix recipe vegetable and fish puree

This is a recipe I make quite often since I had my dwarfs. It's a mashed vegetables de initiation of feeding in children very complete and nutritious.

I still remember the first mash what did I do to my eldest ... oh my! I barely spilled water on it and it was so thick that I don't know how he could swallow it, but he did. Then my mommy gave me the book Infant feeding with Thermomix®  and everything changed.

I make almost all the purees in the book and they all love them. Although this one today is a combination of vegetables that I usually make so much with fish as with chicken or beef and it comes out delicious.

    This puree tastes a lot like fish….?
    If that's the case, my daughter doesn't even taste it, but if it wasn't, it would be a good way for her to eat fish.

      Joaquin, you have a perfect flavor blend. It does not taste excessively fishy. Try and if your daughter does not like it, try adding less amount of fish. But I think you will like it that way. You will tell us. All the best.

Mine is already older, almost the three of them, but some vegetables always fall at dinner and sometimes in Pure, this week it falls for sure and I avoid having to give him the hake separately. Those of Infant Nutrition he loves, the one that the Jamon Serrano goes blind the most !!!!

      With regard to fish, I like it only with salt and a little garlic powder. The truth is that the only thing I add is parsley, garlic and salt.

    They come out in small pieces but not pure, you must make sure to set the spoon speed and turn to the left, but true if two minutes before finishing you add two slices of sandwich type cheese they are delicious

      Pilar I do not understand your comment very well, because to make the puree you do not have to set spoon speed or turn to the left. Crush it at the end of progressive speed of 5- 10 and it comes out perfect.

    Hello girls, I have to tell you that my thermomix started to live thanks to you. A few months ago my husband gave it to me after years of insistence and when I had it I did not start making recipes until I finally found you looking. You are of great help, please do not abandon us to newbies like me, QUESTION: how can I cut the quantities in half, reduce times? I have a 2 year old girl and the purees and creams will be for her and for me, would the same be done in the other purees?

      Sonia, you can reduce quantities, but the times are the same for them to be done. Even so, I have 2 kids and I sometimes eat and make that amount too, you will have about two times and if you can't freeze it. It is comfortable for me to do all that amount at once. Try and tell me.

      Susana, this is the puree that I have been making to my daughters since they were babies and we like it so much that it continues to be a recipe on the family menu. I also make it with vegetables and chicken, I leave you the recipe and I usually make it the same with meat, but changing the chicken for beef.

    Hello, it comes out very good. If I wanted to double the amount, apart from doubling all the ingredients, do I have to double the time as well?
