    Hello, your recipes are all delicious but I have some problems with the stir-fries, I have the Tm 21 and when I cut the onion I have a lot of liquid and although later I make the sauce with the indicated times, the stew at the end tastes a little like raw onion , How can i fix this? It happens to me with all the recipes. Can frozen beans be used in this recipe? Do you have to let them defrost before? Do the times or the temperature vary?       Paqui for the stir-fries, if you want to fry you remove the cup and the liquid evaporates and if you want to poach you leave the cup on. Try frozen beans, I would let them defrost beforehand and play over time, the temperature will go well for you with the recipe.
